Epley interviews are conducted in a conversational format by an individual or small team of researchers who are highly skilled in probing and exploration. We offer five specific services:

• Epley Personal Probe™…intensive qualitative interviews 60 minutes or more in length, conducted in a home, office, or field locations.

• Epley Probe®…intensive qualitative interviews conducted by telephone, 30 to 45 minutes in duration, individually summarized in 5 to 6 page profiles written almost exclusively in the actual words of the respondent.

• Epley Select®…qualitative interviews, 20 to 25 minutes in duration, conducted by telephone and summarized in one-page synopsis with extensive supplemental quotes.

• Epley Online™…qualitative interviews and small group discussions, with or without stimulus materials, conducted on-line in a variety of formats, and individually summarized in reports with options for supplemental audio and video feedback.

• Epley Survey™…conventional surveys with extensive open-ended questions, conducted by telephone, 15-20 minutes in duration, and summarized by topic or question.

Our services also include options for the coding and analysis of all interviews, and written reports and presentations with options for including conclusions, analyses, and recommendations.
